Got a burning desire to sing someone else's song? Get down to 303 on Sunday 4th September, register, and share your favourite cover song with some like-hearted folk and maybe even win an ickle prize. Doors at 3pm, registrations til 3.30pm or full up. Features Samantha Deasy, Dean Lombard, Frankie Andrew, Sunset Blush, Anarchy In The Ukelele, Emma Kathryn, My Imaginary Heart, Peter Grantham, The Family Trio and heaps more.

Roarhouse Melbourne presents...THE UNITY PROJECT for the MELBOURNE FRINGE FESTIVAL
Renowned hip hop artist, Elf Tranzporter will team up with not-for-profit community arts group Roarhouse Melbourne for The Unity Project - an exclusive workshop and performance for The Melbourne Fringe Festival.
A group of talented, emerging hip hop artists will take on the challenge of creating an original song in a day with Elf Tranzporter which will be performed the following day at The Noise Bar along with individual showcases by the artists and a set by Elf Tranzporter himself.
Takes place at The Noise Bar - 291 Albert St, Brunswick on Sunday 2nd October. Doors at 3pm - $5 Entry.

2011 Roarhouse Melbourne Compilation CD
Roarhouse Melbourne celebrated Mental Health Week (October 9-15) with the launch of our Compilation CD and a mini-exhibition at a spectacular event: Arts A-Bloom! A spring showcase of creativity by artists of all abilities in our community – musicians, poets, visual artists and writers, celebrating the arts for good mental health.
Featuring the launch of the 2011 Roarhouse Melbourne Compilation CD and our very special INTERMISSION - an interval with a mission to bring you on a journey into a mini-exhibition of experiences of mental health issues through the words and pictures of artists and writers who have been there.
